the product itself was good, but the shipping cost felt a bit higher than I expected

I ordered from Germany and had a really good experience. The package arrived in about 10 days, and everything was packed really well when it got here. No problems at all, so I’d be happy to order again.

The exchange process was more confusing than it really needed to be. I waited a while to get a clear reply, and I had to send the same info again twice, twice. It did get sorted out in the end, but it definitely wasn’t easy or smooth.

I ended up having to ask Mishka NYC for a refund, i was expecting to feel kind of trapped waiting around forever with no real updates. I’ve had that happen with other places before, so I was already bracing myself for a headache.
Surprisingly, the refund came back faster than I expected, and I didn’t really have to keep chasing them. That made the whole situation feel a lot less stressful, even though needing a refund is never fun. 5 stars for how quickly they handled it.

I tried using the promo code, but it just disappeared when I got to checkout. Not sure, something about it was really frustrating, especially since I thought the discount was already applied.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was completely off. The shirt was huge through the body, yet somehow tight in the sleeves. I even checked the size chart, but it didn’t help at all. save your time because the sizing is nowhere close.

Grabbed a hoodie from mishkanyc.com and the color was basically what I expected. Print was bright, main shade was close, no weird surprise when it showed up.

It did look a touch darker in person, probably site lighting. Not a dealbreaker for me. Still happy with it, but if exact color matters to you, maybe double-check first.

Returning my order was straightforward, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. My gut feeling was that it should’ve moved a bit faster though, because it took longer than I expected to get a response. It wasn’t a bad experience, just felt kind of average overall

I thought the material felt really nice, and the stitching looked well done to me. Overall, it seems like a good-quality item, but personally, I do feel like it’s a bit on the pricey side.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and to be fair, they did get back to me. It just took a couple of days, and I ended up having to follow up once. They were polite when they finally replied, so it’s not even about that. I just wish it was easier to get updates without having to chase them. Overall, not a bad experience, but average

They’ve definitely got some cool stuff, but my immediate reaction was that the prices are just too high for what you’re getting. I took one look and thought, yeah… this doesn’t really feel worth it.

I found some really cool designs and overall liked what they had, but the selection felt a little limited for what I was looking for. I would’ve loved to see more sizes and style options available. It’s definitely not a bad experience at all, just hoping they add a bit more variety in the future.
